Fall Favorites

Fall is definitely my favorite time of year.  I love the colors, especially the array of earth tones that can be found among the leaves, on the runway and in my closet.  And now that fall has official begun, according to me and the weather service, I thought it would be great to share two of the trends that I am obsessing over right now - snakeskin and florals.  Below are a few pieces that can easily be added to the curvy girl's closet.

Snakeskin:

I love bold animal prints and would gladly wear them as a focal point in my outfit.  However, some may not be as daring.  So, another great way to add this print to your wardrobe is through accessories like a great handbag, scarf or hat.  Here are a few pieces that I want to add to my wardrobe this fall.

Florals:

Florals are making a subtle transition from the spring to the fall.  This season they are composed of darker and more muted tones.  However, if you are on a budget you can certainly take some of your spring and summer pieces into the fall by adding tights, a moto jacket and a great pair of boots.  Here are a couple of options that could be added to your closet.  My favorite is the American Rag hi/lo dress.
